Thuraya XT-DUAL holds an IP64/IK03 ingress protection rating, which means the phone is splash water, dust and shock proof. Polycarbonate materials are used for the outside case and aluminum to shield the inside components.

For convenience, the Thuraya XT-DUAL has a built-in browser and can also be connected to a PC or laptop to use satellite data.

Thuraya Online Services – Acquire your satellite services with greater convenience! +

With Thuraya Online Services, you can log on to http://services.thuraya.com/ for a range of convenient services including checking your billing information for Prepay or Postpay accounts, and sending SMS messages online to other Thuraya handsets.

Thuraya GmPRS - Connect a PC/laptop for email and Internet +

The Thuraya XT-DUAL can also be used to access emails and browse the Internet via a satellite data connection (GmPRS). There are 3 different APNs available, allowing you to choose the settings which are the most convenient for you. These available APN-names are: ‘GET’ (standard APN with no compression), ‘GETLC’ (low compression, images are being compressed), and ‘GETHC’ (high compression, images will not be downloaded to reduce website loading time).

Spare Travel Charger (with EU/UK/CHN/AUS plugs)

The travel charger connects your phone to a mains socket. The exchangeable plug allows you to charge your phone in most parts of the world.
