Enhanced Safety Features +

SatSleeve+ comes equipped with an SOS call button that works even if the smartphone isn’t connected. The SOS button will make an outgoing call to a predefined number set by the user or receive an incoming call.

Universal Adaptor +

SatSleeve+ comes with a universal adaptor in the package that allows you to switch between various Android and iPhone phone models between 58 and 85mm in width.

Built-in compression +

To increase the speed when loading websites, the SatSleeve+ can be used with 3 different access points (APNs). Select either high compression (no images will be downloaded for fastest website loading), low compression (images will be compressed), or no compression (full website content will be loaded). Depending on your requirements, select the most suitable APN in the GmPRS settings on your Thuraya SatSleeve+.

Thuraya Online Services +

We’ve created a more convenient way for you to access our satellite services. Simply, log on to http://services.thuraya.com/ for billing information, Prepaid or Postpaid accounts, and to send SMS messages online to Thuraya handsets.

Thuraya GmPRS - Connect a PC/laptop for email and Internet access +

The Thuraya XT-PRO can also be used to access emails and browse the Internet via a satellite data connection (GmPRS). There are 3 different APNs available, allowing you to choose the settings which are the most convenient for you. These available APN-names are: ‘GET’ (standard APN with no compression), ‘GETLC’ (low compression, images are being compressed), and ‘GETHC’ (high compression, images will not be downloaded to reduce website loading time).

Thuraya Recharge Services +

Western Union® Quick PaySM service: Thuraya customers can now recharge pre-paid voice and data SIMs with no extra fee at over 220,000 participating Western Union agent locations. To top-up your Thuraya prepaid voice SIM card, visit a participating Western Union agent location, provide your identification and Thuraya phone number, and then re-load your prepaid SIM card with a cash payment. Family, friends and colleagues can also add pre-paid credit on behalf of a Thuraya user traveling abroad.
